Whispers of Solitude

In the quiet corners of an empty room,
Shadows dance softly, whispering gloom.
A heart beats slowly, echoing the sound,
Of solitude's embrace, where silence is profound.
The world outside rushes, vibrant and loud,
Yet here in the stillness, I'm lost in the crowed.
Faces pass by, but none truly see,
The ache of the heart, the longing to be free.
Loneliness wraps like a cold, heavy cloak,
A companion of shadows, a silence unbroke.
Memories linger, like ghosts in the night,
Filling the spaces where laughter took flight.
Yet in the stillness, a flicker remains,
A glimmer of hope amidst the pains.
For in solitude's depth, I learn to embrace,
The strength found within, the beauty of grace.
So I'll sit with my thoughts, let the silence unfold,
Finding warmth in the stories that my heart has told.
In the depths of loneliness, I'll learn to be whole,
For even in shadows, I'll nurture my soul.
