Whispers: A Journey Through Anxiety

In shadows deep where whispers crawl,
An echo stirs within the hall,
Of mind and heart, a fragile thread,
Tugged by the fears, the silent dread.
A storm of thoughts, a restless sea,
Waves of worry washing me,
In depths unknown where shadows cling,
Anxiety, thy whispered sting.
A racing heart, a tightened chest,
A mind that never seems to rest,
In crowded rooms, alone I stand,
A trembling leaf in unseen hand.
Yet in this storm, a light does gleam,
A spark of hope, a distant dream,
For though anxiety may blind,
Within us all, strength we find.
In every breathe, a chance to heal,
To break the chains, to gently feel,
The dawn of calm, the peace of mind,
In hearts of courage, solace find.
So to the shadows, softly speak,
With words of strength, though voice be weak,
For in the storm, a truth we see,
Anxiety shall not define me.
