Echoes of Resilience: Breaking the Silence

woman leaning against a wall in dim hallway

In the shadows where the silence screams,

A world unseen, where darkness teems,

A whispered cry, a broken plea,

In hidden rooms, a tragedy.

A touch that burns, a world that scars,

A soul confined behind closed bars,

In every strike, a piece is lost,

A heart that bears the heavy cost.

The nights are long, the days are cold,

A story that remains untold,

In silent tears, in muffled cries,

The light within begins to die.

Yet through the pain, a flicker stays,

A spark of hope through the darkest days,

With every breathe, a will to fight,

To break the chains, to seek the light.

In courage found, a voice will rise,

To pierce the dark and clear the skies,

For though the shadows linger near,

The dawn of strength will soon appear.

To those who bear the unseen weight,

In solidarity, we state,

You are not alone, not lost,

In unity, we'll pay the cost.

For in the heart of every soul,

A beacon shines, a story whole,

From ashes born, a phoenix flies,

In strength and love, we'll rise, we'll rise.
